Take care of your body,
all of them
experience all that is in life
“experience life to the fullest”.
Dance in the stars
Find joy in life,
Live your life,
Do what you feel is right,
Make mistakes and learn by them,
Live Life.
Let the Life Force flow through you
Allow yourself to be open to all that is
Allow the flow of energy always,
Live, live, live.
“Be on Earth”
“Live in the moment”
“Live each moment like it’s your last”
These are all trite clichés
but they all mean the same thing …
Live Life!
Don’t squander your life away
Be One with All That Is.

Laugh
These are three small words
but they are the key
To living a spiritual life in the physical plane.
Master these three words
and you will literally fly
You will soar
You will be uplifted to such great heights.
Master these three words
And you will find such peace
You will uplift many
You will find your true power.
Your presence would be felt in a more expansive radius.
Your center of influence will expand.
You will find tremendous peace.
Allow yourself to fly
Allow yourself to sit
Upon the mountain
And Live,
Love,
and Laugh.
Be free my friend,
Be limitless,
Expand
and give yourself permission
To Fly
